2.3 Geographic Restrictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 12play15 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence. 12play15 makes no representations regarding the legality of the Services in any particular jurisdiction. Access to the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited is not permitted.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. 12play15 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information provided is found to be false or misleading.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 12play15 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your 12play15 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately via our 24/7 live support channel. 12play15 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
3.3 Personal Use. Your 12play15 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account. Betting on behalf of third parties through your account is prohibited.
3.4 Self-Exclusion Compliance. 4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your 12play15 account. These minimums may differ by payment method and are subject to change.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements. 12play15 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, typically within the timeframes displayed in the cashier. We reserve the right to conduct additional due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
4.4 Own-Name Transactions. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name. 12play15 will not process payments to or from third-party accounts. Any attempt to do so will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger a compliance review of your account.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 12play15 is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or any related financial crime. We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your account. Refusal to provide such documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by 12play15 are subject to specific bonus terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to your 12play15 account are subject to wagering requirements. Withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may not be made until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, "30x" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in eligible games before withdrawal is permitted).
5.3 Game Contributions. Not all games on 12play15 contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Contribution rates for each game category are published in the relevant promotion terms. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all.
5.4 Abuse of Bonuses. 12play15 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, void winnings, and close the accounts of members who are found to be abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, the use of low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct determined by 12play15 to constitute bonus abuse.
5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 12play15 platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing a wager. 12play15 accepts no responsibility for wagers placed in error or without adequate understanding of the applicable game rules.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, 12play15 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the corresponding wager to the Member's account. Game outcomes produced as a result of a demonstrable technical error will not be honoured.
6.3 Currency and Odds. All bet amounts and odds displayed on 12play15 are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise indicated. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a wager is accepted. The odds applicable at the time of bet acceptance shall be final.
6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface or betting market. 12play15 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any account at its discretion, with or without notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 12play15 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

All content on the 12play15 platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials, is the property of 12play15 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on 12play15 without our prior written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 12play15 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of access to the Services.
9.2 12play15's total liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.
9.3 12play15 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of the Services. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 12play15's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.1 By 12play15. 12play15 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other members, or where required to do so by our licensing authority or applicable law.
10.2 By the Member. You may close your 12play15 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your last-used payment method. Accounts with unresolved disputes or pending compliance reviews may not be closed until such matters are resolved.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the 12play15 platform ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 11 — shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 12play15 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body designated by our licensing authority. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia.
12play15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where possible, by notifying registered Members via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the 12play15 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
